Sales Consultants guide homeowners and builders through window and door selections, provide accurate product recommendations, and support customers from first contact through project planning. The role requires clear communication, reliable follow‑through, and comfort in a consultative selling environment.This role suits someone who is relationship‑driven, clear in communication, and comfortable in a consultative sales environment.Sales Consultants benefit from an established 30+ year reputation and strong demand as we expand into new communities. Responsibilities include preparing quotes; meeting with customers in the showroom and in their homes; coordinating with installation teams; and maintaining organized follow‑through. Comprehensive product and manufacturer training is provided, with opportunities to grow into Outside Sales and Territory Sales roles over time.Qualifications2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative selling experienceExperience in home improvement, building materials, or design preferredStrong communication skills and ability to guide customers through decisionsOrganized, reliable follow‑up; comfortable using quoting tools and CRM systemsAble to learn technical product details and present them confidentlyHigh school diploma required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAdditional InformationCompensation: Starting salary of $65,000 with 3% commission on sales.
