Sales Manager (Aviation)

Sales Manager – Aviation Services (Private Aviation / Aerospace MRO & Systems)Location: Bensalem, PA (50% Travel)Position OverviewA global aviation solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across aircraft systems, cabin interiors, and maintenance/repair/overhaul (MRO) services within the helicopter, business aviation, and general aviation markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships across assigned territories and accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across inspections, repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and interior customization programs.Manage and expand customer relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts and regions.Conduct sales presentations, customer visits, product demonstrations, and proposal development.Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic business planning.Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and program teams to ensure accurate quoting, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports on market trends and business opportunities.Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (approx. 50% travel).Qualifications5+ years of sales experience within aerospace, aviation, or MRO environments.Strong understanding of aircraft systems, services, or aviation aftermarket solutions preferred.Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.Why This RoleHigh-impact commercial role with ownership of key aviation market segments.Exposure to global customers, complex aviation programs, and technical product lines.Strong growth opportunity within a leading aerospace services environment.
