This is a highly entrepreneurial sales role where you would be responsible for building your own territory. We offer uncapped commission and 401K matching, in addition to other key benefits and a flexible work culture.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Industrial Sales & Rentals Representative for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:Leading the outside sales and rental strategy in your territoryProspecting for new business, managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions and tactfully negotiating to close dealsIdentifying and building relationships with decision makers within existing customer accounts, creating an ongoing relationship strategyKey account management, including retaining and growing top accounts, and proactively identifying new business opportunities and innovative solutionsEnsuring success against contract terms and consistent customer satisfactionFollowing up with customers on orders, quotes, and requested servicesCollaborating with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accountsSourcing competitor information and analyzing competitor product offerings, applications, and pricing to overcome customer objections and guarantee salesRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:1-2 years of previous direct B2B sales experience preferredPost-secondary education in Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline is considered an assetMaintaining a valid driver's license is requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and ExcelPrevious CRM system experience preferredConfident and resilient, with a willingness to continuously learn and growStrong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skillsEnglish language proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency a strong assetBenefits & PerksLonestar Forklift is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees:Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependentsLife Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability – 100% employer paidEmployee assistance programs401K matching (up to 4% employer matching)Training and professional development opportunitiesCompany phone and laptopCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceThis position offers an annual base salary, initial bridge salary, and uncapped commission.This is an onsite role based in Houston, Texas.Lonestar Forklift would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
