In this role, you will proactively lead, support, and accelerate the sales, operations, and growth of our production services businesses, including Set Lighting & Grip, Transportation, Stage Partnerships, and related services.You will develop and expand market opportunities by cultivating strong relationships with third‑party clients, including film and television production companies, while ensuring our operations are positioned to support production demand with consistency, efficiency, and excellence.As Director, you are accountable for the strategy, performance, and day‑to‑day execution of the Set Lighting & Grip and Transportation departments, with shared responsibility for commercial results. You will drive operational excellence and support revenue growth through strong leadership, data‑driven performance management, and close collaboration with production partners, vendors, and internal sales and studio teams.You will oversee workforce productivity, equipment readiness, inventory utilization, and network capacity to ensure operations consistently support production demand and sales commitments. This includes establishing operational standards, optimizing workflows, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring inventory, safety, compliance, and process controls are consistently executed.
