The successful candidate will be responsible for building, hiring, and coaching the team in value-based selling methodologies to ensure consistent results. This role involves implementing and maintaining the necessary infrastructure in Salesforce for effective tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. The Head of Sales Engineering will also be tasked with creating standardized playbooks and frameworks for technical discovery, solution design, and scoping, as well as establishing quality standards for demonstrations that highlight the company's AI capabilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or a related technical role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead position. A proven track record in building scalable processes and strong coaching skills are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of APIs, integrations, telephony infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS architectures, with experience in enterprise SaaS sales cycles. A background in healthcare technology and/or ML/AI/NLU technologies is strongly preferred.
