We operate a tech-forward, lean organization that empowers our Producers with total autonomy and true book ownership.We are looking for seasoned Commercial P&C Producers with a "Hunter" mentality to join our national team. This role is designed for the professional who is tired of private equity pressure, arbitrary sales quotas, and restrictive non-compete agreements.In this environment, you are an entrepreneur within our platform.
