Dishwasher/Steward Lead

Job Overview:The Dishwasher Lead will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that everything is ready for daily operations. This role is vital to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and contributing to our overall food safety and customer satisfaction standards.Key Responsibilities:Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware, ensuring that they are clean and sanitized in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness of Dishpit floors, walls, and other work areas, ensuring they are free from debris and food residue.Maintain cleanliness of Trash Dock floors, walls, and other work areas, ensuring they are free from debris and food residue.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and other work areas, ensuring they are free from debris and food residue.Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.Sort and store clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate areas.Assist in the removal of trash and recycling, ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and free of waste.Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment.Restock cleaning supplies and ensure that all equipment is operational.Bilingual is a plus but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork mentality.Prior experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Benefits Health Insurance coverage with Cigna Weekly paymentsOpportunity for advancementrecblid utid4ths38brj19jrktthys24qmluo
