Mid/Senior Level Program Analysts Provide program management, technical, and/or business analysis support to the FAA. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Develops financial control functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and establishing/managing program cost baselines Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements Provides configuration management, Earned Value Management, financial management, cost estimation, and risk management support Provides recommendations, resolutions, and updates to office records, databases, and files for assigned programs Develops a project plan that includes Financial Management Planning, Federal Aviation Regulation or other guidance document development or modification, Regulatory Process streamlining, and strategic business planning activities Develops and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and integrated program schedules for program activities Prepares reports, documentation, briefings, monthly status reports, and cost and price analysis reports Prepares various ad hoc analyses and reports and compiles information for management review and decision-making Qualifications 10 years of relevant experience FAA experience is preferred, but not required Candidate should possess program management skills to include life-cycle management, work definition, requirements, and schedule and financial management Possess good analytical, communication, and writing skills Self-starter and possess good interpersonal skills Must have good computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel) US Citizenship required Education Candidate must, at a minimum, possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, business or finance from an accredited college or university Travel Project related travel and trade shows as required
