SummaryWe are hiring an OT for Home VisitsThe Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. You can find a home for your career here.As an Occupational Therapist, you can expect:the ability to build in-person trusted therapist-patient relationshipscontinuing education and tuition reimbursement opportunitiesindependence and autonomycareer growth possibilitiesGive your passion to serve others and your drive for better, more advanced quality healthcare.* ResponsibilitiesThe Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs.
