Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC. Position duties include:
Providing executive-level administrative and operational support.
Managing scheduling, communications, and office logistics. This may include arranging and coordinating meetings, booking meeting spaces, drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with meeting participants.
Creating, reviewing, and briefing administrative and operational reports as required/requested.
Ensuring efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Performing other duties and supporting special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of related experience with a BA/BS degree.
Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support to include managing scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.
Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additional requirements:
This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.
