This role is responsible for coordinating high-profile events, managing logistics, guest communications, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate meetings, receptions, dinners, and special events.Manage event logistics, vendors, guest communications, and onsite operations.Support VIP guests with hospitality, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.Prepare event materials and maintain event schedules and correspondence.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, executive support, or related fields.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Experience supporting executive-level or VIP events preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Skills: Event Planning, Hospitality, VIP Relations, Executive Support, Vendor Management, Event Logistics, Guest Services, Communication, and Project Coordination.
