Our client is seeking a Sales Manager who will manage the sales process and train/coach center directors on sales techniques that will result in driving enrollment growth across five preschool locations, with a target of achieving and sustaining high (98-100%) occupancy. This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven sales role focused on guiding families through one of the most emotionally significant decisions they make—selecting early childhood education. This position operates with the strategic influence of a senior sales leader, shaping enrollment strategy, building scalable sales processes, and establishing the organization as a trusted, community-centered partner for families. What Does Success Look Like in the Position:Key Performance Objectives: What Does Success Look like in the Job:Enrollment & Revenue GrowthOwn and drive enrollment performance across five school locations.Achieve and sustain near 100% occupancy targets (many centers are near 100% occupancy currently.Manage the sales process funnel from leads through enrollment (Own the results).Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement structured sales processes and outreach cadences.Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify demand trends and growth opportunities.Optimize conversion rates across inquiry → tour → enrollment stagesEstablish consistent reporting and performance trackingRelationship ManagementTraining the center directors, help build their comfort and confidence level for sales discussions and support them in implementing the sales process you have designed and refined.
