This role serves as a senior, frontline seller responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, multi-year partnerships involving seven-figure values and enterprise-level decision makers. This role will carry a significant individual revenue quota, operates as a player-coach, and executes within the sales strategy, deal standards, and performance expectations established by the Vice President of Partnership Sales.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve annual business results and individual revenue goals tied to overall sales strategyOwn pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity with executive-level rigorDevelop fully integrated and customized sales proposals to include IP rights, media, activations, promotions, signage, community and hospitality assetsNegotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, and close partnershipsLead cross-functional deal teams across marketing, content, stadium, media, ticketing, legal, and finance to deliver integrated partnership solutionsStructure partnership agreements that align with established deal profitability targets and risk guidelinesDirectly manage and develop at least one seller, serving as a mentor, deal strategist, and culture carrier within the Partnerships groupFoster an environment of creativity that helps develop innovative and saleable assetsConduct category research and market analysis to identify potential sponsors and assess industry trendsCollaborate with executive leadership to identify anchor and category-defining partners aligned with revenue goalsContribute to annual and long-range partnership planning, including category revenue projections and asset evolutionRepresent the Denver Broncos at games, events, and partner activations to deepen relationships and generate new business opportunitiesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communicationsMinimum 8+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, media, or other complex sponsorship environmentsProven ability to independently build and close a pipeline of new businessAbility to work all Broncos home games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedulePREFERRED SKILLSProven ability to operate as a senior, enterprise-level seller, owning complex, multi-year partnership negotiations with C-suite and executive decision-makersStrong executive presence with the ability to represent the organization credibly with senior brand, agency, and league stakeholdersDemonstrated success leading and closing high-value, consultative partnership deals that balance creativity, valuation discipline, and long-term valueAbility to structure deals within established profitability, risk, and portfolio guidelinesHigh level business acumen, including comfort with forecasting, pipeline management, and communicating risk and opportunity to leadershipCollaborative leadership style with the ability to lead cross-functional deal teamsExperience developing talent as a player-coach, providing deal leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day coaching to other sellersDemonstrated ability to leverage modern productivity tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve proposal quality, deal velocity, account research, and internal efficiencyHighly organized, disciplined, and accountable operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.The Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company are an equal opportunity employer and do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age 40 and over, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law or regulation.
