If you are passionate about staying on the pulse of AI technology and love seeing your work have an immediate impact on a growing business, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and refine AI-powered tools specifically utilizing Claude and Claude CodeDesigning and implement seamless automation workflows using platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8nAssisting in the development of a specialized AI writing system designed for industry-standard repair workflowsCreating clear SOPs, process maps, and technical workflow documentationIdentifying new AI tools, API integrations, and automation opportunities to keep the company ahead of the curveWorking closely with the owner in real-time to support rapid prototyping and troubleshooting of new application conceptsMust-Have RequirementsBased in Latin America with exceptional English communication skillsDirect, hands-on experience with Claude and/or Claude Code is strictly requiredProven experience building and supporting AI-powered systems or no-code workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n)Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where proactive problem-solving is essentialAbility to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST business hoursA reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work setupNice-to-Have RequirementsExperience in prompt engineering or AI application developmentFamiliarity with the automotive, collision repair, or insurance industriesTechnical understanding of API orchestration and product launches (MVPs)Prior experience supporting founders or small, high-growth teamsWhy Join UsThis is more than just a support role—it is an opportunity to be at the forefront of AI implementation.
