Litigation Paralegal

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest full-service civil litigation firm, continues to grow and is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Tampa office.Qualified candidates must be a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or Certified Paralegal (CP), or have a certificate from an ABA-approved program. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant paralegal experience, with a strong background in insurance defense litigation. Ideal applicants will be knowledgeable in all phases of litigation, including document management, legal research, discovery, and trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus.
