Sr Automation Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Automation Engineer for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. Candidate must lead advanced analysis, design, and automation of Seismic content operations to support scalable and optimized content architecture.Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Sr Automation Engineer job responsibilities include:Leads deep content model analysis across Seismic repositories to identify automation and standardization opportunities.Designs and implements Seismic automation solutions (LiveDocs/LiveForms/Document Generator Express) to streamline content creation, management, and distribution.Defines future-state architecture and data mappings, ensuring scalable structure, reuse, and governance across integrated platforms.Creates clear, actionable requirements and Jira stories with acceptance criteria; manages defects and dependencies through release cycles.Collaborates with product, business, and engineering teams to validate workflows, align to sprint goals, and drive adoption of automated content operations.Supports testing, validation, and release readiness while triaging data/content issues and reinforcing data governance standards.Required Qualifications:Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related technical field.Candidate will have relevant experience as defined by the client for senior-level Seismic automation roles.Must possess deep expertise in Seismic content models, automation capabilities, and workflow optimization.Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to define target-state architectures and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
