Sales Lead

A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager tomaintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operationassignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.What you will be doingResponsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bankMaintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the storeCustomer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in salesLead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarksCash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returnsProduct receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandisingComplete price adjustments and markdown processesUphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhmeReport any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store ManagerParticipation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materialsPerforms all other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum high school education or equivalentAt least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent educationExcellent organization, verbal and written skillsAbility to work POS, and other store computer applicationsJ-18808-Ljbffr
