Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Full-time Job Setting: Hospital-based cardiovascular practice:10-physician regional cardiology practice serving region Types of Cases: Cardiac catheterizations and coronary angioplasty/stenting (PCI) Emergency angioplasty procedures for acute myocardial infarction Inpatient cardiovascular consultations Diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Electrical cardioversions Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) Participation in pacemaker, bi-ventricular pacemaker, ICD, and loop recorder implantation Evaluation and treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) Management of cardiomyopathy and arrhythmias Treatment planning for valvular heart disease Heart failure management and CHF clinic support Presurgical cardiovascular evaluations Lipid management and anticoagulation (Coumadin) management Focus strictly on Interventional Cardiology (no structural heart allocation) Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology (must become certified within 2 years); not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification Certifications: BLS Certification and maintain recertification Licensure: Valid Michigan license required at time of employment; DEA required About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
