About the Role The Client Liaison (CL) is the primary point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in maintaining an exceptional client experience and a fully booked, efficient schedule. This role blends high-touch customer service with organized multitasking - similar to being the sole receptionist in a busy clinic, but in a remote setting.
