DevSecOps Engineer

Hiring: DevSecOps Engineer | Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA | HybridWe're looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Golang, Python, DevOps automation, and cloud infrastructure to join a high-performing engineering team.Location: Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)Work Authorization: USC and GC OnlyKey Responsibilities & Skills:• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools• Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies• Develop automation solutions and cloud-native applications using Golang and Python• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes• Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvementsMandatory Skills:• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services• Strong programming expertise in Golang• Strong programming and scripting experience with Python• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration• Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, logging, and automation• Strong DevOps engineering and automation experienceWhat We’re Looking For:A highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer who can build and secure cloud-native infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and support enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise, excellent coding skills in Golang and Python, and a passion for automation, security, and operational excellence.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience implementing DevSecOps best practices in enterprise environments• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native application development• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsInterested?
