Administrative Assistant STE
Administrative & Plant Support
Provide administrative support to plant leadership and HR, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping
Coordinate meetings, orientations, and trainings; prepare agendas and take meeting notes as needed
Serve as a point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal inquiries
Human Resources Support
Maintain confidential employee files and compliance documentation
Support HR processes such as benefits enrollments, training tracking, and policy acknowledgments
Recruiting & Staffing Support
Post hourly jobs on social media platforms
Coordinate interviews for plant positions, including scheduling candidates around shift operations
Assist with applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and candidate communication
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and plant events
Support communication of company initiatives, milestones, safety campaigns, and celebrations
Social Media & Internal Communications
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content focused on manufacturing careers, culture, safety initiatives, and community involvement
Support internal plant communications such as bulletin board postings, digital signage, and announcements

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hourly employees and leadership
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience utilizing Canva or other graphic design platforms preferred
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Experience supporting HR or recruiting in an hourly manufacturing workforce
Familiarity with shift schedules, plant culture, and safety-focused environments
Comfortable supporting employee-facing communications and engagement activities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Dependable, flexible, and service-oriented
Working Conditions
This work is performed in an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people.
