Sr Lead Appl Developer

Overview In this role you will lead the development of cross-platform mobile and web experiences, using Flutter for mobile and modern frontend technologies for the web. You will partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and Platform Engineering to translate requirements into scalable, secure applications. You will drive architecture, coding standards, and performance improvements while mentoring junior developers. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering enterprise-grade solutions that enhance the user experience and system reliability.
