This role plays a critical part in advancing contract data initiatives and strengthening the integrity, accuracy, and governance of key business information.You will partner closely with cross‐functional stakeholders-including the Contract Management team, Contract Management BPO, Contract Data Office (CDO), Legal, and Technology-to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions that support informed decision‐making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.What You'll DoContract Data GovernancePartner with business teams to define and implement contract data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controlsSupport CLM data governance to ensure data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across systemsMonitor and maintain data integrity; identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the Contract Management teamAssist in the development and rollout of minimum viable products (MVPs) for data governance and managementContribute to the design and implementation of AI‐driven data scraping, automation, and data quality solutionsIdentify opportunities to streamline data processes through automation or AI‐enabled improvementsRecommend system, process, and reporting enhancements to strengthen data‐driven decision‐makingLegacy Contract Data ReadinessLead and support contract data initiatives focused on readiness for migration and transformationCollaborate with internal teams to deliver proof‐of‐concepts and data readiness activitiesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract data models, abstraction standards, and delivery milestonesContract Data MigrationsSupport contract data mapping, transformation logic, and migration from multiple systems into a single CLM platformAdvise on migration strategy to enable downstream integrations and reportingOversee data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated metadataPartner with cross‐functional teams to gather requirements, assess upstream/downstream impacts, and document processesContract Data Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and operational performanceBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to deliver actionable insightsConduct ad‐hoc analysis and present clear, data‐driven recommendations to stakeholdersStandardize reporting and ensure accuracy across business unitsProcess Rollout & Stakeholder EnablementPartner with business users, leadership, and technical teams to align data initiatives with organizational goalsClearly communicate insights and findings to both technical and non‐technical audiencesSupport training, adoption, and change management for new data tools, reporting solutions, and governance practicesWhat You'll Need5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working directly with contract and/or financial dataDirect experience with contract management activities and CLM systems (Conga CLM or similar strongly preferred)Experience supporting data governance, data management, and analytics initiativesStrong data analysis skills, including use of AI‐enabled tools where applicableProficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQLExperience defining data models and authoring data dictionaries (preferred)Hands‐on experience with data migration projects and transformation effortsKnowledge of end‐to‐end Quote‐to‐Cash processesExperience in B2B sales, procurement, or contract technology environmentsStrong ownership mindset with ability to build end‐to‐end data processesExcellent critical thinking, problem‐solving, and documentation skillsAbility to drive change in a complex, global matrix organizationComfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex data environmentsExperience working effectively with globally distributed teams and time zonesProject management experience; familiarity with Jira preferredA Bit About UsDigital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions. Together, we are Safely Powering Progress.Our Compensation PhilosophyDigital Realty offers competitive compensation and benefits designed to reward performance, recognize contributions, and align with company values and objectives.Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity, and may include eligibility for bonus and benefits consistent with Digital Realty's compensation philosophy.
