Systems Operations Senior Manager - Regulated Messaging Platforms

Lead the day-to-day operations and regulatory readiness of enterprise messaging platforms subject to supervision, retention, and audit requirements. Ensure consistent execution of retention, legal hold, supervision, and evidentiary controls across regulated messaging channels. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Records Management to implement and operate regulatory and governance controls. Serve as the senior operations lead during audits, examinations, regulatory events, and platform incidents.
