Gaming Regulation Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Regulation. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support customer onboarding for compliance Prepare and submit regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and investigate potential trade practice violations Build relationships with regulators and serve as the liaison with third-party service providers for market surveillance systems Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in market regulation or compliance Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, including order processing and settlement Familiarity with case management systems and market surveillance tools Genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets
