Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.What you will doManagement of retail and wholesale agencies to include sales calls, site inspections and other sales functions.Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies. Include group profile for each meeting; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers in defined geographic region.Promote awareness to corporate, incentive and association markets via travel to respective regions in the country providing presentations and personal sales calls.Maintain communication/relationship with WSO network for specific assigned region, as well as other FS hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal.Create and execute direct sales plan specific to market assignment.Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with local tourism office.Conduct tours of property to meeting planners and other potential customers while informing of all hotel/resort services available; entertain customers on property, during site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operation when appropriate.Work closely with conference services and catering through execution of definite program; keep Conference Services/Catering and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of director of sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.Excellent knowledge of Delphi account management system to achieve FS minimum Delphi standards, while utilizing delphi as an account/organizational tool; have a working knowledge of local and regional competitionWhat you bringCollege education or equivalent experienceOne to three years experience in a hotel and or sales capacity with Four Seasons or another related organizationRequires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipmentWhat we offer: Salary Range: $95,000- $115,000 (based on experience)Cigna Medical and Dental Benefit Options after 30 days of employment401k Retirement8 weeks of new parental leave pay after 1 year of employmentCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary and discounted accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary Employee MealsSchedule & Hours:Full-time availabilityFlexible for early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts to support 24/7 operational business needsThis position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa.
