This hands-on position demands a leader who can work closely with senior management, particularly in the early stages of the role, to ensure that the policy is not only theoretical but also practical and effective in real-time operations.The ideal candidate for this role at The Company will have a deep expertise in GAAP accounting policy, strong technical judgment, and a proactive, autonomous approach to their work.
