Reporting to Engineering and partnering closely with Sales, you’ll help customers design, validate, and implement reliable electric drive systems.Essential FunctionsSize, select, and apply electric drives and motors for off-highway and mobile equipmentDevelop and support system schematics for drives, controls, and accessoriesProvide on-site validation, testing, and start-up support for OEM customersCollaborate on identifying and qualifying new technology and vendor partnersSupport Account Managers with technical expertise and application guidanceDeliver product training to customers and internal teamsExperience, Education And Skills2-year technical degree required4-year engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) preferred2+ years as an Application Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar roleExperience developing, applying, and/or supporting electric drive solutionsStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, customer-focused mindsetComfortable working in the field as well as in a technical office environmentSome travel may be requiredWhy Join us?
