Urdu Language Instructor

Logix Solutions is looking for an experienced and dedicated Urdu Language Instructor for one of its valued clients.Job Location: Karachi, PakistanJob Type: ContractualCompensation: Hourly RateKey ResponsibilitiesTeach Urdu to students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced proficiency levels.Develop and independently prepare structured lesson plans and teaching materials based on students’ learning needs.Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.Explain Urdu language concepts clearly and effectively in English when required.Assess students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.Adapt teaching methods and lesson content to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.Maintain a professional, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.Communicate effectively with students and program coordinators in English.Track student attendance, participation, and overall learning progress where required.Use technology and digital learning tools effectively to support teaching and learning.Competently use platforms such as Google Classroom and other relevant online/digital teaching tools.Ensure lessons are well-prepared, organized, and delivered according to the agreed schedule.Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and reliability throughout the assignment.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in Urdu language instruction.Minimum Diploma qualification; a Diploma or degree in Urdu, Education, Linguistics, or a related field will be preferred.Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu.Competent use of technology for teaching, including Google Classroom and similar digital learning platforms.Additional RequirementsThe position is part-time and in-person.Classes will be conducted in the morning.The teacher will be responsible for arranging and managing their own transportation.The teacher will be responsible for independent lesson planning and preparation.Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis.Candidates should be available to commit to the agreed class schedule for the duration of the assignment.Interested candidates can share their resumes at tehmina.maqbool@logix-solutions.net
