Account Manager

As a part of our marketing team, Account Managers play an important role in recruiting new clients and retaining current clients. They work with our sales and marketing teams to build and manage plans, and ensure projects are being executed in a timely manner. This position not only manages client projects but plays a crucial role with business development. What you’ll do:· Assist the sales team with recruiting efforts· Be the central conduit for all project communication and status updates· Consult with the sales team to determine clients creative marketing needs and manage the creation and execution of each project.· Manage and track the design, approval, proofreading and production processes of promotional materials for our clients. · Coordinate workload, priorities, and project planning with other marketing team members · Work with the sales team and clients to manage and build seminar marketing plans. · Prepare reports for quarterly calls to make sure the client are on track to hit their annual goals and use feedback from quarterly client meetings to deliver on client expectations. Experience you’ll bring:· Project management experience working with tight and strict timelines· Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with a variety of personality types and all levels of staff· High attention to detail· Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing prioritiesProblem solving skills including strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking.Preferred Qualifications:· College degree· 1-2 years of experience in a similar role· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) is a plus· Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Facebook and Google· Ad Agency Experience · Financial Services Industry experience is a plus.
