Client Engagement Lead

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Engagement Lead to join a professional services organization. This role is pivotal in driving client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by developing and implementing strategic sales and engagement plans.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within professional services, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client relationship management. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with service teams to tailor offerings to client needs.This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, client feedback, and continuous improvement of engagement strategies. It offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth while working in a collaborative and professional environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage CRM pipeline and prospect/client records.Conduct client qualification and onboarding meetings: present services, set expectations, secure engagements, and transition clients to delivery teams.Oversee the end-to-end client engagement process.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.1–2 years of sales experience; professional services experience is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.Professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing professional services environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Full-time, exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay).Competitive base salary, dependent on skills and experience.Paid time off and company holidays.Health and wellness benefit.Retirement plan with employer matching contribution.
