Communicating with the client directly the Consumer Engagement Manager must have High energy and creativity.You'll report to Senior Manager, Sales Service Delivery. You will drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales.During a Typical Day, You'llDevelop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products to potential customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to ensure optimal communication and collaborationTrain sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirementsProvide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents to help them achieve sales targets and revenue goalsMonitor sales agent performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvementAnalyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and developmentCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotional activities that resonate with sales agentsServe as a point of contact for sales agents to address any questions or concerns related to health insurance productsStay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performanceEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.What You Bring to the RoleA passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applicationsDemonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writingAbility to multitask.
