We're building the future of social commerce -- where community, conversation, and commerce converge.The RoleWe're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help high-growth brands adopt AI-powered workflows across social, marketing, and customer experience. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts and play a key role in scaling Nectar’s go-to-market engine.You'll work in a high-velocity environment, partnering closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership to drive new business and expand existing relationships.What You'll Be DoingOwn the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from initial outreach through negotiation and closeManage a high-velocity pipeline across consumer brands in beauty, CPG, e-commerce, DTC, and lifestyleRun compelling product demos that translate customer challenges into clear, AI-powered solutionsPartner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong post-sale adoptionIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell conversationsCollaborate with marketing to refine messaging, develop case studies, and generate pipeline through campaigns and eventsContribute to building and refining the sales playbook as the team scalesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotaExperience selling into consumer brands across e-commerce, beauty, CPG, retail, or similar industriesAbility to manage fast-moving deal cycles with strong prioritization and urgencyComfortable engaging with stakeholders across marketing, social, and digital teamsStrong discovery, demo, and closing skills with a consultative sales approachHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailBonus PointsExperience at a high-growth Series A or Series B startupBackground in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing technologyFamiliarity with AI-native tools and workflowsExisting network within mid-market consumer brandsExperience selling into marketing or social media teamsWhat we offerCompetitive compensation and early equityHealth, vision, and dental benefits + 401(k) matchClear career growth opportunities as the company scalesFree lunch in the heart of University Ave. in Palo AltoDeep exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling and the opportunity to shape how brands use itA collaborative, ambitious team defining a new category of AI-native marketing infrastructureCompensation Range: $150K - $250K
