Project Specialist
Job Title: Digital Project Specialist Location: Philadelphia, PA Hybrid (onsite Tues–Thurs)OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our member website and mobile app. This role will partner closely with Product, Technology, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital capabilities that improve the overall member experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery and continuous improvement of member-facing digital capabilities across web and mobile platformsAnalyze digital member experiences, identifying opportunities for enhancements, optimization, and issue resolutionGather, document, and refine business requirements to support new features, enhancements, and system updatesParticipate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint deliverablesCollaborate with Product Management to support roadmap development, prioritization, and execution of initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Sales, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutionsAssist in researching, evaluating, and documenting business needs and proposed solutionsCreate and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and standard operating proceduresSupport testing, implementation, and post-launch validation of digital capabilitiesQualifications2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting digital productsExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar frameworks)Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communicationExperience supporting web and/or mobile application development initiativesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, insurance, or member-facing platformsFamiliarity with digital product lifecycle and user experience principlesExposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
