Join our team as a Plant Cultivation Lead, where you’ll play a key role in nurturing plant health while guiding and supporting a dedicated cultivation crew. You’ll help ensure our plants—and our team—are consistently performing at their best, all while upholding the company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline.What You’ll DoAs a Plant Cultivation Lead, you will:Monitor plant health, vitality, and overall appearance to ensure optimal growthOversee proper watering, pruning, and day-to-day plant careMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace and equipmentSanitize grow areas and assist in setting up new cultivation roomsLead, coach, and support team members to meet company standardsAssign tasks, answer questions, and guide both new and existing team membersCommunicate daily operations through spreadsheets, email, and team coordinationPartner with management on scheduling, performance feedback, and team developmentSupport Research & Development projects as assignedStep in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking ForBasic RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or olderEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceAt least 6 months of plant or agriculture-related experience preferredBasic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, etc.) preferredPhysical RequirementsThis role is active and hands-on.
