As client continues its transformation into a comprehensive education services company, this role will help shape seamless, meaningful digital journeys for students from planning and financing education to long term success beyond graduation.You will work closely with cross functional partners including product, engineering, research, content, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality design solutions across web, mobile, tablet, and app platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design & Experience DevelopmentLead end to end design efforts from concept through implementationTranslate research insights, competitive analysis, and UX best practices into user centered experiencesProduce journey maps, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity designsDeliver detailed design documentation and specifications for development teamsPartner with developers to ensure design intent is accurately implementedAdvocate for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycleDesign Systems & StandardsContribute to and enhance client s internal design system in FigmaMaintain visual and interaction consistency across platforms and productsDocument reusable patterns, components, and guidelinesApply systematic thinking to solve complex design challengesResearch & StrategyConduct competitive and industry researchIdentify opportunities to improve consumer experiencesSupport heuristic evaluations, A/B testing, and design validationParticipate in stakeholder interviews and business walkthroughCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate closely with UX research, content strategists, and copywritersPresent design solutions to stakeholders and executives with clear rationaleCommunicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiencesFacilitate alignment and decision making across disciplinesRequired QualificationsBachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, interaction design, or digital product designAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi platform design workExcellent visual design skills with knowledge of accessibility standardsExperience documenting complex interactions for development teamsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and organizational levelsSelf starter with strong time management and delivery skillsGrowth mindset and openness to learning new tools and methodologiesNice To Have SkillsExperience in financial services or education technologyFamiliarity with design thinking methodologiesExperience working within agile development environmentsBackground in conversion optimization and/or e commerce
