People and Culture- Onboarding InternHybridMon-Fri 8am-5pmWilmington, DelawareCSC is seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join our Mobility, Immigration, and Onboarding team within our People and Culture department in our Wilmington, DE office.This position is an opportunity to learn and assist with global onboarding and other ad hoc projects. Responsibilities include extending offers, creating employment contracts, reviewing background checks, completing mandated right to work checks for new CSC joiners. There will also be an opportunity to partner and learn from other People and Culture teams throughout your time with CSC.Some of the things you'll learn from us:How to onboarding in 36 countries while remaining compliant with all local employment law, specializing in hiring within the Americas.Learn full-life cycle onboarding, including drafting employment contracts, running and reviewing background checks, and completing right to work documentation in a compliant manner.How to prepare employment contracts and offer letters and deliver an exceptional onboarding experienceYou'll have the opportunity to learn from other People and Culture teams as well - just speak up about what interests you, and we'll make time for you to learn and growWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Rising Junior or SeniorCurrently attending college with a major relevant to HREnjoys working in a team environment, but able to excel at independent tasksStrong communication skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with attention to detailSelf-motivated and easily adapts to changeExperience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you have the latitude to problem-solve and make quick decisions would be most beneficial in this roleAt CSC, we commit to the core values of service, teamwork, tenacity, agility and being genuine.#CSC#LI-SL1
