Human Resources Manager
The role of a Human Resources Manager is to plan, direct, and implement HR programs and initiatives related to HR management, employee development, and customer service, as well as provide HR support to our corporate headquarters.

Salary Range: $89k-$126k
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Drive execution of HR-related projects and programs ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Tracks, monitors, and reports on HR programs and project progress to ensure successful completion.
Collects and analyzes data, identifying potential risks or issues, and takes appropriate action to address.
Conducts research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to stay updated and provide insights for program development and improvement.
Collaborate with HR leadership, seeking feedback to be considered for program design and implementation
Performs workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments with functional management
Strategizes with management by leveraging internal metrics and system resources which include predictive analytics to mitigate risk
Maintains positive employee relations; promptly investigates complaints/issues and makes recommendations to management to resolve them.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
3 years of related experience.
Relevant subject-matter certification, or desire to obtain certification, is encouraged (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-CP, etc.).
