Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 1 year of customer service or office experience Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer or scanning system experience is a plus Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Skills: Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Forklift or pallet jack experience Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Pick and pack orders accurately according to order specifications Prepare products for shipment including labeling and packaging Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Why This Role?
