Description: Work where others vacation in a beautiful location. Be a part of a Patient Care Team working in a Rural Healthcare Clinic. Experience in Outpatient and Orthopedic Care is required. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Based on the results, determine the diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies. Create and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations. Help patients regain their ability to perform daily activities. Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups. Engage in sharing knowledge with colleagues and the community. Contribute to the latest research in physical therapy practices. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records. This includes physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries. Ensure the timely submission of charges for services rendered.
