Our case loads are lower than average, affording the attorney enough time and resources to really dig into each matter.Job DetailsIn this role, you will have hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop strong litigation skills in a collaborative, small-team environment focused on insurance defense and complex general liability matters.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of general liability defense matters from inception through resolutionDraft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadingsHandle written discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearancesCommunicate proactively with clients, carriers, and opposing counselParticipate in case strategy, evaluation, and reportingQualifications:2+ years of litigation experience with a defense background requiredExperience handling general liability, premises liability, construction defect, or related matters preferredStrong writing, analytical, and organizational skillsComfortable managing cases independently with appropriate supervisionMember in good standing with the Florida BarThis position is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful case ownership, mentorship, and accelerated professional growth in a supportive litigation-focused practice.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
