This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join a high-calibre team and make a meaningful impact on the company's products, architecture, and technical direction.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade software solutions using Python. Build and improve AI agents and agent-based workflows. Take ownership of complex technical projects from concept through production. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams. Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Solve challenging technical problems in a fast-moving startup environment. Build reliable systems that can scale alongside the company's growth.RequiredQualifications 2–6 years of strong professional software engineering experience. Hands-on experience developing or working with AI agents and agentic systems. Strong Python programming experience, including building production-grade applications. Experience working within a well-funded Series A, B, C, D, or E startup is strongly preferred. Demonstrated career stability, professional growth, and meaningful ownership in previous roles. Strong computer science fundamentals, system-design skills, and software-engineering best practices.Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, ideally from a top-30 U.S. university. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and ownership-driven startup environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
