Software Engineer — Convey Convey is building digital teammates for the world's leading enterprises. Today, most companies still rely on highly capable operators manually moving information between systems, managing workflows, and holding critical business processes together. While AI has dramatically increased leverage for engineers, operators have largely been left behind. Convey changes that. Our platform enables non-technical teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered digital teammates that can execute work autonomously across applications, systems, and workflows. These teammates learn by observing operators, execute work autonomously, and help organizations scale without adding headcount. Since October, Convey teammates have completed over 1.2M hours of real work inside companies including NBCUniversal, Pinterest, Samsara, Univision, ChargePoint, and others. Backed by Khosla Ventures, Pear VC, and SV Angel, we're entering our next phase of growth and building the foundational GTM team that will define how Convey scales. What you’ll do Build and improve core AI product workflows, from harness engineering, to infrastructure, to frontend interaction patterns, and everything in between. Collaborate directly with customers and the team to turn real learnings into scalable product features Make thoughtful product and technical decisions in a fast-moving environment Use modern AI tools to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar What we’re looking for Strong generalist engineering skills Excellent product taste and judgment Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and broad problem-solving.
