Senior College Counselor – Ivy League Admissions Specialist

Lifology USA is seeking an experienced College Counselor with a proven track record in guiding students toward admission to highly selective universities, including Ivy League institutions and other top global universities.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in university admissions counseling, student mentoring, profile building, and application strategy development.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students and families through the entire college admissions process.Develop personalized admission strategies for Ivy League and Top 50 global universities.Mentor students in profile building, research projects, leadership development, and extracurricular planning.Support application essays, personal statements, and interview preparation.Conduct parent consultations and university planning sessions.Stay updated on global admissions trends and university requirements.Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, webinars, workshops, and counselor training programs.Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in college admissions counseling.Demonstrated success in mentoring students admitted to Ivy League or equivalent.Strong understanding of US and global university admissions.Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.Experience working with high-achieving students and families.Preferred QualificationsDegree from an Ivy League or Top Global University. ( Ivy league is an added advantage)Formal certification in Career Guidance, Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related fields.Previous experience in international education consulting.CompensationCompetitive compensation based on experience and student success outcomes.
