The company is scaling quickly, doubling its sales team by Q2 and raising a major growth round.We’re hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead a remote, Philippines-based SDR team handling all inbound lead qualification. This role owns speed-to-lead, quality, and conversion across a high-volume inbound funnel while building the playbooks and processes needed to scale.Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)What You’ll DoManage and coach a remote team of contract SDRsDrive speed, quality, and consistency across inbound leadsOwn SDR KPIs and inbound funnel performanceBuild and refine SDR playbooks, talk tracks, and workflowsPartner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and AEs to improve lead quality and pipelineMonitor and report on funnel metrics and conversion ratesWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of SDR leadership or management experience (SaaS preferred)Experience managing remote/offshore SDR teamsSuccess in a high-volume inbound sales environmentStrong analytical and coaching skillsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Aircall, or similar toolsBased in Austin, TX with ability to work hybrid
