Business Systems Analyst 3 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position in CA(Hybrid). The opportunity will be for eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Identify, elicit, and document business requirements and needs into required artifacts by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts Identify potential risks in business processes and recommending mitigations Develop end-to-end process documentation, current & future state Assist in the development of initiative measurement plans Process optimization through evaluating and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiency Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to find trends, inefficiencies, and/or opportunities for improvement Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assisting in testing solutions to ensure they meet the requirements before full deployment Act as a change agent, supporting teams through transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies Drive stakeholder communication; acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment Develop, prepare and analyze reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management Analyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommends interventions where appropriate Qualifications: Expert in eliciting business requirements including operational controls Expert in User Acceptance Testing, Experience with change management as a discipline.
