Founded in 1926, Hope Valley is an elite private club featuring a classic Donald Ross designed golf course, state-of-the-art tennis facility, resort-style pool complex, and a spacious, welcoming clubhouse offering its members first-class recreation, dining, and programming. Hope Valley is ideally situated in the heart of one of Southeast's most vibrant, exciting areas.Responsibilities of the Banquet Server at Hope Valley Country Club include:Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet areaRead and execute specifications listed on all Banquet Event OrdersCircle around the event with trays of appetizers and beveragesServe and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesIncorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standardsAdvises supervisor of any service complaintsMust be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutesAbility to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.Physical Demands & Work Environment RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
