Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionA large and well-established MEP construction company in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Senior Project Manager to join both of their growing electrical and mechanical teams. This role is best suited for a Senior-level PM with several years of proven experience managing a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects, including providing coaching and performance feedback. In addition, this role serves as the primary point of contact for the project. ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completionCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsOversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, revenue projections, and change managementUtilize Procore or Autodesk Build for project documentation, communication, and field coordinationDevelops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.Partners with management to develop and implement project strategies.Participates in project meetings with internal departments to discuss project schedule and issues as needed.Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.Delegates work and serves as mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.Qualifications for Senior Project Manager8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial constructionExpert knowledge of applicable electrical systems, design, ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communication with all levels of employees, clients and general contractorsProven ability to manage multiple larger complex projectsStrong experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project / P6Compensation & Benefits for Senior Project ManagerBase salary starting at $140-160k, with flexibility based on experienceCompetitive benefits package (PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k + company match, insurance paid by company for employee)Long-term growth opportunity with a stable and reputable contractorFor additinal information on this oppertunity, please contact Bailey Esposito at 406-601-8926.
