Senior Vice President of Finance (ideally in real estate)

Job Description:Ontario, CA$200,000 - $220,000The OpportunityThis newly created SVP of Finance role sits directly beneath the CFO, giving you full visibility into enterprise-level financial strategy across a real estate portfolio. You'll lead the accounting function, serve as the primary lender contact, and own the financial reporting that drives executive and board-level decisions. For the right candidate, this position carries a clear path to the CFO seat.Your Day-to-DayDirectly manage the Corporate Controller and Financial AnalystLead month-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate completionReview and analyze apartment operation statements on a monthly basisMaintain and update operating proformas for every entity at least quarterlyOversee consolidated P&L and cash flow roll-ups across all entitiesPrepare quarterly meeting books and board books for executive reviewManage all property appraisals and loan draw processesServe as the primary point of contact for all lendersProduce ad hoc proformas, cash flow projections, and financial analyses as neededWhat We're Looking ForExtensive finance and accounting experience, ideally in real estate or corporate environmentsStrong leadership skills with demonstrated team management experienceExceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accountabilityProven track record of delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial reportingAbility to manage competing priorities in a strategic, evolving environmentReady to Apply?If you're a senior finance leader ready to take ownership of a high-visibility role with direct executive exposure and genuine CFO potential, we want to hear from you.
