Senior Property Accountant 85-100k Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-established real estate firm to identify a Senior Property Accountant. Highlights of this Opportunity: Nationwide portfolio across the United States Strong potential for growth and advancement Positive company culture with low turnover Competitive compensation, benefits, and bonus potential Hybrid work schedule Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, and prepare workpapers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties Record journal entries as needed Reconcile CAM charges, billbacks, and calculate lease escalations Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements for investment funds Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly accounting from third-party property managers Provide backup support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed Prepare special reports and assist with projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 3+ years of real estate accounting experience Strong Excel skills Yardi experience highly preferred #LI-JS33
